What size snowboard bindings do I need for a Women's size 10 snowboard boot?

My boards ptex on the bottom has big air pockets that sometimes reach the rails. In other words the surface is lifting off the board in some spots. If I just heat the ptex enough will it reattach to the board. If not what can i do without having to get it resurfaced
