Graduates of the University who have lost their degree certificates may apply for a relacement certificate. There is a charge of £20 for this.

The amount of time it takes to complete an associate degree at WVC varies by individual need. During this time, you are completing general education requirements, major requirements, and any prerequisite courses you might need. Most of our certificate programs (and they do vary widely in the number of units required) typically take two or more semesters to complete. WVC encourages students to attend both part-time and full-time (12 or more units) as they pursue their personal and academic goals.

You will be awarded a college Continuing Education Certificate upon completion. Depending upon the specialty track a student chooses, he/she may be able to complete appropriate industry certification examinations as well. Back to Top

You can request a replacement testamur (graduation certificate) if your original testamur has been lost, damaged or stolen, or if you have changed your name. To obtain a replacement testamur, you must complete and submit an application for a replacement testamur form (PDF 79.2KB). Applicants are advised to carefully read the information on the first page of the application form. Please note that it takes approximately three weeks to process the request and post out the replacement testamur.

You may print duplicate certificates at any time for any course you have taken with ContinuingEdExpress.com. Simply login to your account and select the course.

Academic Record Request Form needs to be completed and returned to the Registration Centre with appropriate payment - $25, for Post-Secondary Diploma and Continuing Education Certificate. A valid photo ID is required for In person request and pick up (e.g. Student Card, Driver’s License, passport). Diplomas and Certificates are issued once to the student; copies of these documents are not kept by BCIT. If your credential has been lost, destroyed or stolen then you can request for a duplicate in writing through Student Records. Reference the Duplicate Credential Form Note: If you have received a certificate of completion for a part time studies course it is likely that your certificate was issued through the department where you took the course.

Investment-Linked Life Insurance Examination is a basic examination programme with the objective to provide a fundamental knowledge of investment-linked life insurance to persons who intend to market investment-linked life insurance policies. This examination will provide them with a minimum level of technical knowledge.

When the original certificate is returned to our office with a request for a new one, a replacement certificate is issued. One certificate is replaced for another. The replacement certificate can be requested because the original has been damaged or because there has been a change to the recorded owner’s name or address. A Certificate Program is designed for the person who wants concentrated instruction in a specific area of dental laboratory. It differs from the Associates Degree which has a broader background.

A certificate will normally take two years of part-time enrollment. A degree will normally take two years of full time study. Many students take longer, however, either because they cannot attend college full time or because they may require some brushing up.
