In general, cruise lines will not limit the amount of luggage you bring onboard though there may be limited storage space in your cabin for empty suitcases (though most beds are designed to allow most suitcases to fit underneath). Check with your cabin attendant if you can't find space in your cabin for empty suitcases. Airlines, however, do have restrictions on number, size, and weight of checked luggage and you may be charged for exceeding any of those limitations.
