It should only be used in exceptional circumstances, when there is no other alternative because the institution that you need does not exist in the list of institutions and you are unable to wait for it to be created on the school table. (An example of this might be transfer credits at the time of graduation.) I'm in another (civil, environmental, mechanical) engineering program and want to switch to your graduate program and start taking courses. My Institution is the home page for the Blackboard system. However, it is called "My Fullerton" at this University. My Fullerton allows students to obtain information from different courses. It is highly effective when students are enrolled in multiple courses that use Blackboard.
