For photo senders, we prefer jpg images due to the compression to smaller files, bmps are uncompressed and much larger. However, we can accept and convert most any file type. We would like all individual files to be under 200k unless they should be considered for wallpaper, at which point they can be up to 1mb. Bundled photos submitted should be limited to 1.5 mb per email.

No, we will use whatever file names you designate for the job. However, we do recommend that you use a similar name for all files associated with one job, such as a layout file, image files and font files (for example, MyJob Layout, MyJob Image1, MyJob Image2, MyJob Screen Fonts, MyJob Print Fonts).

File transfers are often interrupted due to lost Internet connections, database malfunctions or other reasons. Web site-based upload systems do not accommodate interrupted file transfers except to require that the entire upload be resent until a successful transfer has been completed. This results in missed deadlines, high levels of customer dissatisfaction and general inefficiencies.

This is because DCC uses a dynamically assigned port, it is impossible to provide a mapping or other services using ProxyNow!. Since your users are sharing one connection(hence one IP address) through the proxy, the host reject your request. This is to prevent someone to flood the IRC server.
