PayPal processes millions of transactions daily. They are the largest Internet payment processor in the world; however, they have some quirky aspects. If you purchase with an e-check, PayPal will put a 4 business day hold on your payment before releasing the order to us. If you have an account with PayPal, and there are funds in the account, PayPal will not let you use a credit card to purchase. You must first use or deplete the cash in your account.

We do accept orders from Canada. The difference is that shipping charges are on a case-by-case basis. With the exception of Canada, dresses must be paid for within the USA and shipped only within the USA. Recently we have helped some international customers though but it was necessary that someone in the US order, purchase and forward the dress internationally on their behalf.

Yes you can order using our accepted payment methods but you must have the order delivered to a UK address.

We do not deliver outside of the UK. You can place an order from abroad only if it is to be delivered in the UK. Please give us a call if you would like to order something to be sent to another country, and we will see what we can do for you.
