Let your soap dry out between uses, by putting your soap on some kind of a soap dish that allows air to circulate around the bar. A 'proper' soap dish will either raise the bar up for air to circulate from beneath, or contain air holes for drainage of water below the soap. If you store your soap in the little alcove built into most shower stalls and tub surrounds, the shower spray will continually soak your soap. You will literally see your soap's glycerin, and your money, go down the drain.

We used to, but we learned early on that we were adding a lot of steps to an already labor intensive, handmade operation. We make our batches in 100+ bar amounts, and a typical soapmaking day for us produces 1500-2000 bars. To pour that much soap batter into that many individual molds, remove the soap from the molds, and try to prevent any 'design' from being squished, chipped or marred, adds a lot of time and money to the process. And that means we'd have to charge you more.

There are literally trillions of possible ways of lacing an average shoe, although many of these are hopelessly tangled messes. The only effective method for extending the life a strings during play is the insertion of little plastic pads at the cross points between main and cross strings, especially in the area of the sweet spot. These inserts work by reducing the notching effect that the crosses have on the mains. You have seen professional tennis players insert these during matches. The most popular inserts are made by Babolat and are called ElastoCross.

Golf grips get a great deal of physical abuse. They are handled round after round, swing after swing - often times season after season. They are exposed to ultraviolet light from the sun; intense heat in the trunk of the car; ozone from the atmosphere; and dirt, oil and perspiration from human skin. In most cases they are seldom washed or cared for in any way. Grips are meant to last, but they are not made of steel.

Rebonding wave will last six months to one year. Use shampoos and conditioners that help neutralise the chemical and add nourishment to your hair, like Infiltrate Shampoo and Conditioner, as frequently as your hair requires. Apply infiltrate treatment to help make the hair look fuller. To dry, just use your hands, no need for brushes or blowdryers. Retouching is not required as the more the hair grows, the more it becomes beautiful and the wave becomes loose.

Handmade soap is a special product. Because it contains glycerin, it can retain more moisture than other soaps. To extend the life of your handcrafted soap, place it in a well-draining soap dish. A good soap is like a good wine, the longer it cures, the better and more mild it becomes. Our soaps will last approximately 3 weeks for single use.

We make every batch of catfish bait soap in a small shop in Saginaw Texas, located just north of Ft Worth Texas. Redneck makes every batch of bait soap himself, one batch at at a time, using the same recipe that was used 65 years ago. He oversees every step of the business himself including making the bait, packaging it and shipping it to customers and stores. Not really... except for waiting a few days longer to unmold. Some molded soaps could be in the molds as long as 5 to 7 days... BUT it's sooooo hard to wait that long! :-) If you have to resort to the freezer, I'd let the soap get at least a few days under its belt before freezing it.

Most Essential Oils can be used to scent soaps. Usually 2% is an adequate oil to soap ratio, although some popular brands use 4%. It depends on how strongly scented you want your soap to be. You can also get a nice fragrance from strongly brewed "teas" made from botanicals, from Floral Waters, and from hydrosols (the waters left after distillation) if you can get them .
