In Internet Explorer: From the browser’s Tools menu, select Internet Options. Click the Security tab, and under Security level for this zone click Custom Level. A Security Settings dialog box will pop up: scroll down the list until you find the Scripting item. (You may need to double-click on icons to expand the lists.) Under the Active scripting item, check the Enable button. Click OK. You will be asked to confirm your new settings: click Yes. Then close the dialog box by clicking OK.

Tax Card Online is based on the use of cookies, JavaScript and strong authentication (SSL 128-bit). These are the features that should be turned on in your browser. Move mouse to your browser's menu bar and select Tools / Internet Options / Security tab -> Internet zone -> (click Custom level).
