If you have a router like Linksys, Bay Networks, SMC, etc., you need to find out how to redirect port 8090 (or the port number you selected) to the computer with the TrackerCam. iNetCam has some information on how to do this. default, e-TV uses port 12011 for control and 12010 for data. These two ports should be opened when using a router. However you can change them from eTVStation (File/ Set Port Number... ) if these ports cannot be used.
