No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need. Some hotels request that we wait to submit guest names until 7 days prior to check in. In such a case, your hotel room is reserved, but your name is not yet on file with the hotel. Rooms are provided by Guide Rooms, under an agency agreement with Guide Vision Limited.

No. Many of the hotels in China do not offer reservation numbers to guests. Providing your name to the reception desk is enough to confirm your booking. You can change your course date, or even cancel for whatever reason. However, please keep in mind, we do have strict policies and fees for cancellations and changes. Reschedule Policy: One (1) free reschedule is allowed if more than 30 days before a scheduled course date. Any additional reschedules if more than 30 days before a scheduled course date cost $250.00 each.
