There are about 2milligrams of caffeine per ounce (assuming there are 8 ounces of water per normal size tea bag) or about 16 milligrams per 8 ounce serving. You multiply 16 by 2 and there are about 32milligrams of caffeine in one blooming bulb per 8 ounce serving.

Our teas have very little caffeine. Our Organic Teas from the Needwood Estate, and our Green Teas contain about 30mg of caffeine or about 2% caffeine.
