Time slots fill in quickly, so it's best to get your request in as soon as you can. We ask that you put in your schedule request at least two weeks prior to your preferred date so that proper arrangements can be made.

Good seminar dates are available on short notice, but we recommend that you schedule your seminar at least six months in advance, allowing plenty of time to promote the seminar effectively. But if you’d like to do one sooner than that, give us a call. And if you are a person who likes to think WAY ahead, we can book seminars up to two years in advance.

For portraits and assignments, it is best to contact us at least 2 weeks before the desired date. For wedding dates, it is best to contact us as early into the planning process as possible.

Since attended calls involve a significant amount of operator time, please schedule those as far in advance as possible so we can accommodate your desired schedule. We generally require 2 weeks notice, although we will try to accomodate calls in shorter timeframes on an individual case basis.

Reformation Tours suggests booking as far in advance as possible to ensure the best air and hotel availability and prices. In many villages and towns of the Reformation, there are limited quality hotels. Many of these have reservations made a year in advance.

Almost 100% of our trips are sold out. If your exact day is important you should reserve at least 1 month prior. For Christmas maybe 3 months prior. Note: We only accept credit cards to secure reservations within two weeks of departure. The Boiler Challenge is scheduled on a request basis. This means that you tell us when you want to plan your visit...any day of the week, and as long as another group does not have that time, we will do everything in our power to get you scheduled during a time that's best for you. Remember, this is an outdoor activity, so it must be during daylight hours, and weather could play a factor.
