The MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a general business management degree that prepares students to meet the competitive challenges of the business environment in the 21st century. It emphasizes a flexible structure designed for professional development and career success. MBA students are taught up-to-date knowledge in the various building block disciplines of management. They will be trained in the team building and leadership skills necessary to manage diverse people and functions.

The MS ? MBA coordinated degree program is a special masters degree program that combines the degree requirements of the MBA and an MS area of concentration. Two such programs currently exist within the Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business. One combines the degree requirements of the MBA and MS-MIS. This combination prepares graduates for managerial positions in IT organizations or for IT-related functions within organizations.

The Master of Business and Information Technology (MBA) is a 2-year degree with a 50-50 mix of coursework in management and information technology areas. The MBA (IT) is the 2 year MBA with IT as your 'major'; in this program you would normally do 3 or 4 courses as IT electives.

The Master of Computer Science (MCS) is a non-thesis program requiring thirty course hours of approved courses, geared towards persons who will be entering the industrial market. The Master of Science (MS) is a thesis program geared towards persons interested in research and academic positions; in addition, thirty course hours of approved courses are required. For those in the MS/Ph.D program, the MS degree is awarded after completing certain requirements and presenting the thesis proposal.

MBA is a business degree focusing on traditional functional areas of management such as planning, organizing, and controlling, usually with an emphasis on quantitative skills and analytical tools. The Professional Leadership master’s degree emphasizes the development of leadership skills that empower people and organizations to accomplish their missions. These skills include managing change, systems thinking, teamwork, and persuasive oral and written communication.

Students must apply separately to, and be admitted by, both the School of Nursing and the School of Business or the School of Public Health for the fall term. In lieu of the required 45 credits from each school, the combined degree requires 30 credits from each school and 15 credits of electives, for a combined total of 75 credits (instead of 90 credits).

Most applicants enter our MPH program. It is sometimes called a "professional" or "terminal" degree, which means that students are expected to terminate their education at this point and not go on for doctoral education but rather work in their profession for the rest of their career. In contrast, the MS degree is designed for students who are interested in going on for their doctorate. The MS degree is research-oriented, where the MPH degree is oriented toward practitioners.

MBA degree from the University of Cincinnati provides you with a graduate-level portfolio of learning in all aspects of business, including finance, accounting, economics, and management. The MS-Marketing program is structured to concentrate on the breadth and depth of learning and experience available in marketing and marketing-related areas. For those who are interested in a degree that concentrates solely on marketing, the MS-Marketing is the more appropriate program.

The difference between the Masters degree (MBA or MS in Marketing) and the doctoral degree (PhD) is Focus. Both the MBA and the MS are pre-professional degrees that prepare individuals to perform managerial functions in businesses and organizations. If your ultimate goal is to work as a senior manager or entrepreneur, a Masters degree will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary for that function.

All six USC Marshall MBA programs award the same MBA diploma which is accredited by AACSB International. The faculty who teach in IBEAR also teach in other MBA programs or in undergraduate programs. IBEAR participants are older than the students in most two-year MBA programs. There are fewer U.S. nationals and more participants from outside the U.S. in IBEAR than in most two-year MBA programs. The one-year length is seen as an advantage by IBEAR's older participants.

The MS-Marketing program is specifically designed for students who have an undergraduate degree in business and wish to concentrate in a specific area of marketing.

Ms. Bikini is the trademark name for the class of Figure. Ms. Bikini includes two rounds with a two-piece and a sportswear round to make the event more entertaining for the audience and provide some type of participation for the athletes to perform on stage. The Ms. Bikini competition is quite simply a beauty contest, but with special emphasis on body shape, condition and overall attractiveness. It includes two competitive rounds.

The John Molson School of Business offers both the MBA and the MSc in Administration as graduate program options and they are distinct differences between the two. Where our MBA program approaches the material in an applied manner using the case study method, the MSc focus is primarily theoretical and research-oriented. Although the MBA was originally designed and is still a generalist degree, there is now ample opportunity to develop concentrations within the options available in our program.

The Master in Finance (MSF) program is shorter in duration and strictly focuses on increasing a student’s understanding of finance and financial markets. The MBA curriculum is more diverse and covers aspects of Operations, Marketing and Human and Organizational Performance that will not be dealt with in the MSF curriculum. The Antioch University graduate program in organizational management is an alternative degree to the MBA degree, with a management rather than a general business curriculum.
