One of the worst jobs in the world is enforcing courtesy. Usually, it's much easier for the enforcer to throw out courtesy in full and instead adopt hard-and-fast rules and apply them without mercy. However, this tends to lower the number of BTUs of happiness in the world, puts everyone on edge and punishes mistakes or ignorance as harshly as open disregard. In short, removing courtesy makes the world worse.

Is there an issue with Internet Partners refusing email from certain servers?? I have a few people who can not email me. In most cases where people are have problems sending you email the senders email server is configured incorrectly, and it can serve as a security risk to everyone on the internet. We at Internet Partners are willing to work with the administrators of these servers to help solve this problem.

Each account on the Patriot Email server has a specific amount of space for messages, attachments, etc. If that amount is exceeded, the account sends a message to the user that it can not accept any more.

Cashbook Complete will let you email invoices in HTML format, although, it will not save invoices as email attachments. You can still achieve this, however, by using third-party software, such as a free PDF Printer Driver which allows you to convert the contents of the screen into a PDF document. Maybe but probably not. Many eMail boxes don't have that much allotted storage space and won't accept a huge attachment. Most POP accounts have a limit of between 1 and 50 MB of total space. If you send a large attachment, that eMail could become undeliverable, because of it's size, and bounce back to your POP In Box. This situation could lead to your POP account becoming locked up. The remedy is to use a free file transferring service like our DocXchange, DropLoad or YouSendIt.

I have paid via PayPal system several days ago and still haven't received confirmation email with download link. The delay of confirmation email sending could be caused by 'pending' status of some PayPal payments. PayPal purchase can appear as Pending for various reasons, including: a) The buyer paid with an electronic check (the system will display Pending until the check clears - usually in about three business days.

There is a maximum file size limit on emails that are sent or received through your email account. The maximum file size will depend on the type of email account you have with us. NOTE: KISD discourages the opening of email attachments on district computers. There are simply too many examples of viruses and/or malicious code being sent as attachments to email messages. More often than not, these destructive attachments appear to come from people you know and trust. If however, you absolutely must send an attachment, click on the paper clip icon on the toolbar and browse to select the file that you would like to send.
