Type in or search for the name of the person whose calendar you have access to open. When selected you will notice it opens side by side with your own calendar. Under All Calendar Items you will see your current calendars. Just below this you will find a link to Open a Shared Calendar. Click this link. This will open a dialog box. Most likely you have a pop-up blocker (security software) running on your computer. The simplest way to test for this is to hold down the "Ctrl" button while you click on the link. If the page appears you have pop-up software running on your PC and this must be removed or you can override it with the "Ctrl" feature. Unless you have delegate rights, Outlook does not have an option where you can open and view an individual's calendar (even though you only see the "busy" time blocks). Create a Group View, add the person(s) and then click the View Group Schedules button any time you want to view the group calendar(s). To create a group view, select Actions/View Group Schedules and click on the New button. Enter a "Group name" (e.g. IT Staff), enter the name(s) of the group member(s), and click OK.
