Version 3: There is an extension that needs to be installed for the USB dongle to work. This occurs only with ADB dongles. Once you run CellQuest something happens to the ADB bus, and FlowJo can't see the dongle any more. If you run FlowJo first, (or restart after using CellQuest) then FlowJo will work fine. Another solution is to run the two programs on different computers.
