A healthy sleeper moves 40 to 60 times per night, so you need freedom of motion. If you sleep with a partner, you should purchase a queen or king size mattress; they are wider and 5" inches longer than the standard double or full size mattress.

All Futon Factory futon mattresses come in standard sizes [King (80" x 76"-78") Queen (80" x 60") Full (75" x 54") Twin (75" x 39")] and can be used with bed sheets, duvets, bunk beds, platform beds, etc. We can, however, make custom-sized futons for you. It depends on the piercing, for most people the way the jewelry looks is key. After all, you don't want it to be too big or too small, but it must also work with the piercing and not prohibit the healing process. The majority of the mattresses in the residence halls are considered extra long twin size and are approximately 36 inches across and 80 inches long. Many students choose to purchase a set of extra long twin size sheets, which will accommodate all of our mattresses.

While there are no formal industry standards for shaft collars, the dimensions of most manufacturers' collars are fairly uniform. In most applications, dimensions other than the bore are considered non-critical. Climax provides dimensions and tolerances for all bore, outer diameter and width dimensions in our catalog. My neck thickness at the 1st fret is 21 mm and 23mm at the 9th. The width is 52mm at the nut and 62mm at the 12th fret. I have a nice slim heel for easy access to the upper positions. My necks are very slim and I always get compliments on the perfect set-up and ease of playing. Because I incorporate a truss rod in my neck I am able to set the neck relief perfectly and the neck can always be adjusted in the future should the need arise.
