Available shows you the groups that the contact is not a member of. Assigned shows the groups that the contacts has been assigned to. In the edit contact window you may click on an Available group to move it to assigned, thus assigning that contact to that group. You may also do the opposite to move a contact out of a group. The same holds true for selecting the groups to which your email campaign will be sent.

Run groups are based on first and foremost student experience, then car performance capabilities and total event demographics. A good driver makes a slow car fast.

CMNC tries to put people together who have approximately the same level of experience and technical and musical skills and then assign one or more pieces which require about this level. Since there are as many as three assignments in a workshop, we try to assign different kinds of music, and different people to play with. We do best when the workshop directors know you pretty well and know what your skill levels are.

Classification of a student is based upon the number of hours completed toward the intended degree. The student's academic advisor monitors this classification and updates it accordingly.
