Ben-wah balls are these... well... little metal balls, and their whole purpose in life is that... well... women are supposed to take these things and insert them into themselves. Supposedly, this strengthens certain muscles and produces pleasurable feelings. I can't imagine that they could be anything other than cold and heavy, but then I don't own the right equipment to test it out for myself.
