We ship standard UPS ground within 24 hours of placing your order--average delivery time is 3-4 business days unless "rush" shipping is requested (Next Day or 2nd Day Air).

In all likelihood, the link is fine (or was fine when it was sent). In most cases, an email client is sending the wrong URL to the browser or download application. Some email clients garble the URL when they try to interpret plain text email (which is what we send) and create clickable hyperlinks. To see if this is the case, try to download the software.

Download orders are processed immediately and unless there are authorization problems with your payment method, you should receive a download email within a few minutes of completing your order. If not, contact us with your name, email and the transaction code and we'll check it out.

We strive for a one week turn-around to personalize and ship your order. We ship using UPS Ground for most orders. With shipping and personalization, it typically takes between one and three weeks. We stock our more popular items, so typically we can get your item to you within a week, but since shipping times may vary, we cannot make specific guarantees. The source image is a Lizardtech .sid file the server uses to send you a particular view. If you want, you can download the file to your machine and view it locally with the Lizardtech viewer.

Orders placed using a check, money order, or credit card are processes within 48 business hours. Purchase orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving them in our department. Orders placed within the contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground.
