We use only genuine embroidery. Our computerized embroidery machines create your custom design stitch by stitch. All of our embroidery is flat embroidery.

The process which is used for screenprinted shirts requires a screen be created for every color imprinted. Setup for individual custom shirts is cost prohibitive. Our custom hats are actually sewn to order and production requirements dictate the minimums created. Most custom printing orders can be completed in 10 working days from artwork and paper proof approval. The amount of time printing takes can vary widely due to many factors.

Now, we know you care for your hat, and you know we care for your hat, but actions speak louder than words. Aside from petting, stroking, and cooing to your hat every few hours or so, here are a few things customers have done to make sure their hats know they care. You can wash your hats by placing them in the dishwasher using the Ball Cap Buddy for a full cycle. Designs are limited to letters and numbers due to the thickness of the Nylon. Exceptions are made for K9 units in which case a badge/shield can be embroidered on material and attached to the collar during construction. If you have a design in mind, just email and we'll let you know if we can do it.

No, there are some limitations. Lettering must be at least 1/4 inch in height. The design should have 9 colors or less. Very small logos will lose some detail. Remember you are dealing with needle and thread and this creates limitations, if you have any concerns on your logo just call and we will be happy to answer any questions.

If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping, and we will not charge you to re-ship your hat after the error has been corrected. Otherwise, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. So be careful to give us the correct size in the beginning.

Absolutely! We can supply you with highest quality, name-brand apparel that was made specifically for embroidery. We can also work with quality garments you provide. If you elect to provide goods for embroidery it is wise to send us a sample for inspection since not every design will sew out the same on every garment; therefore, the design may need to be edited for the outcome to be acceptable quality embroidery.

The white felty stuff is call backing. The reason for the backing is so when the garment is being embroidered the stitches will not sink into the shirt. Backing is a necessary piece to support the shirt. Our embroidery staff trims the backing as close to the stitches as possible.

Most things can be embroidered. The rule of thumb is that we must be able to get the item onto the embroidery machine. In some cases, where an item is too thick or cumbersome to fit into a traditional hoop, we use other methods to get the item on the machine. Traditional items that are embroidered are: clothing, bags, caps and hats.

Our minimum order on embroidery is at least two dozen items that can be decorated with the exact same design. (This usually includes the same thread colors, the same design size, and garments that are similar in design.)
