How long will whole and crushed grains last?
FAQ 1-4 Answers @ Williams BrewingWilliam's malted grain, in either whole or crushed form, will keep for up to 2 years if stored in the original 1 lb. oxygen barrier package. The whole form has a slight edge when bought by the sack, however, as our sacks do not have oxygen barrier liners, and the grain has more of a chance of moisture getting in and degrading the flavor.
