Daryl Meier of Damascus steel fame and retired anvilfire guru had an old wrought iron bridge. The side tension bars are either 1 x 6" or 3/4 x 4" to 6". He may have some left. He was selling it for $1/lb a few years ago. Many of these are over 10 feet in length. This would get you close if not the exact size. No. Because not all steel sizes are made available, some of our large estate gates and other custom Iron products are made with un-treated Black Steel.
