We have provided a form for your Registrar’s Office to explain that we require an official transcript in a sealed envelope as part of our application process. If your Registrar’s Office still will not provide you with an official transcript in a sealed envelope, you must order an official transcript from your college, and make a copy of the order form.

No, that is not necessary; they can arrive separately or together. How many letters of recommendation are required?One letter is sufficient. The on-line system allows you to make more than one request for your convenience only.

To obtain official transcripts from USM institutions, you may send a written request to the institution attended or, at some schools, you may request a transcript online. Visit our Transcripts page for complete information, including mailing addresses and where to order online (where available). Tip: If you were in the military and attended school overseas, you will need to contact UMUC for a copy of your transcript.

Pick up a request form in the Academic Office, complete it, and bring it to Accounting for clearance.

For a high school transcript, it must have the date of graduation. College transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope from the sending institution. In order for the student to receive credit for each class, TAMU-C must receive an official transcript from each school attended. Although classes may be listed on one transcript, the school may have listed it as the course it transferred in instead of what class TAMU-C would transfer it in.

Call the MARS number (301.403.0500) or make your request via WEB (www.testudo.umd.edu). Transcripts will be mailed the day after your request has been received. There is no charge for transcripts. No because these core courses are required to meet the standards of the National Policy Board for Educational Administration and the National Council for Accreditation in Teacher Education (NCATE).

Requests for an official transcript must be in writing to the Registrar’s office. Forms can be found in the Owensboro office or you can write a request. An online transcript request form is available through the WKU Registrar's website. Payment, $4.00 per transcript, must accompany the requests. Be sure to include your name, social security number or Western ID, and the location where you want your transcripts sent.

The college/university transcripts do not have to be in a sealed envelope. We will accept copies of the transcripts as long as they are the final transcript showing degree conferred and date conferred. Please submit all of your transcripts at the same time attached to the transcript coversheet.

A written request with your signature is required to obtain a transcript. Forms are available online or at the Admissions Office windows in the College Center. You may submit a request in person, by mail or by sending a fax to (916) 691-7467. Include your name, student ID number, date of birth, social security number, where you wish the transcript sent, and your signature. You may request two official transcripts at no charge, and there is a $2 fee for each one thereafter.

When reviewing your credentials we will need to know 1) the courses you completed; 2) the grades/evaluations you received for those classes; 3) that you were awarded your degree. This means that you should submit original official transcripts (with courses and grades noted) which also indicate your degree conferral. If your transcripts do not indicate the awarding of your degree, you should submit a copy of your diploma along with your official transcripts.
