This is due to the old version (V1.0-2.x) of Start-to-Finish and its ability to detect the CD in a computer running Windows XP/2000. You will need to purchase the latest version for compatibility on XP/2000. You will need to make sure you have the version of Quicktime installed that ships on the Start-to-Finish CD.
