JDBC (Java DataBase Connectivity) technology is an API that provides cross-database connectivity to a wide range of SQL databases and access to other tabular data sources, such as spreadsheets or flat files. That shows you that you have converted the doylic memory into a cognitive memory. Or you may say, "Oh, I remember when that first happened to me." --- whereas you never remembered before the speed trace. Easy -- skip over the birth process completely. Go from "I am one day old" to "I am minus one day old" which means the day before you were born.
