ONLY use fresh lemons that you squeeze yourself. Most forms of shelf stable lemon juice have been made from concentrate and all of them are pasteurized and thus are void of the necessary vitamins, enzymes, and nutrients. You will need to buy 60-80 lemons, but try not to buy all at once for the freshest and most ripe produce (every 3 days or so).
