When you were registered as a Visitor by the School or College to which you are attached, your originator i.e. the person who has keyed your visit into the system, should have provided you with a personalised application form. If you have one of these forms, attach a photograph to it as explained on the form and return it to Card Services.

To enter the Fair Complex, buyers should register for Buyer Cards first. Buyer Cards are the only valid admission to the Fair and are available at both complexes. Please keep it well. Exhibitors will not bargain with visitors without the Buyer Cards. In addition, if buyers do not have a CECF Invitation letter, they will have to pay some money for the Visitor Card before they enter the Fair. If they have, the Visitor Card will be free.
