Some files on the site (except for our interviews) are in .Real Audio format and should run on any standard browser. I know for fact they work in Explorer 5 and later (on Mac and Windows), Netscape 4.0 and later (Mac and PC). WebTV and set top browser systems may have a problem playing them. First, check your computer for a sound card. If you do not have one installed, you will not be able to use the audio feature of the program. If you are not sure if you have a sound card, your technolgy support group should be able to assist you. Most likely you do not have your web browser (netscape) set up to hear .wav sound files. The following will explain how to do this. Click on options click on preferences click on helper apps scroll down to where you see the file you want to edit under file type. Left click once to highlight it.
