Once a permit has been issued and work has begun, inspections are performed by the City's inspectors at intervals designated by the Florida Building Code. Simply stated, an inspections is required prior to concealing any part of the construction. The building permit that is issued will indicate the types of work that requires inspections and when to call for one. This permit must be displayed on the job site.

Your inspection report is prepared exclusively for you. We routinely release a copy of the report to the broker or agent representing you so they may better represent your interests.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act states that you have a right to obtain a copy of the inspection completed for your carrier ? in the event this information was used to alter or change your insurance policy, or you were denied coverage as a result of an Inspection report. Your Insurance Carrier can provide you with a copy of the inspection survey.
