The pop-up window asking if you really want to send the message is a security feature of Outlook Express 6. It prevents malicious programs or viruses to send emails from your account without your knowledge. On IRC, it is often difficult for the server to verify the userid of a particular client. Malicious users often use this to their advantage by using forged userids and harassing other users, or starting destructive clone processes which flood the network with garbage. To better authenticate userids, later versions of irc servers check to see if an IDENT server runs at your site. When you launch any Java program, you must specify its "maximum heap size"; that is, the maximum amount of memory it is allowed to use. This is done with the -Xmx command line flag. For example, if you specify -Xmx256m on the command line when running it, it can use up to 256 MB of memory. No, since OWA is a web based email client, all messages sent are going to be HTML based. There is not a way to send out emails using Plain Text via OWA. You will need to use a desktop email client, that has this feature, on your home computer to download copies of your emails.
