e-coupon is a discount with a code made up of letters and numbers which gives you a further discount on tickets purchased from the Alitalia website.

We do not have an official program, but would be happy to send you a couple of money-saving coupons! Please email or call us with your mailing address, and we will send the coupons to you promptly.

Most coupons can be used only by you, but sometimes coupons can be shared. If the coupon includes an email address, that address must be registered with the PayPal account you use to pay for your item. If the coupon doesn't specify an email address, then you can share the coupon.

Once enrolled into the Pulse? Rewards Program, you will receive a series of coupons inside your application form, that includes your entitlement to 50 bonus points. Step 1: Go to the Pulse? website at www.pulserewards.com.au and click onto the 'BONUS 50 POINTS' button on the front page. Step 2: Enter your Pulse? card number (begins with '37...' located on the front of the Pulse? card), the Pulse? card barcode number (located on the back of the Pulse? card), your email address and your name.
