The AGRO-JET®'s internal components (including the barrel and orifice) are stainless steel, precision engineered and machined to exacting standards. The exterior is clad in high-impact plastic for ease in cleaning and rugged durability. O-rings are of standard dimension and fit for ease of replacement during routine maintenance. The AGRO-JET® is designed and built to provide many years of trouble-free operation.

The AGRO-JET® is capable of up to 3000 injections per hour. A typical 2cc injection is completed within 1 second. When the trigger is released, the injector reloads and is ready for the next injection in less than a second.

The AGRO-JET® cleans up in a jiffy without need for any disassembly. Simply replace the medication in the 60cc syringe with de-mineralized water and flush by pressing on the syringe plunger or cycling the AGRO-JET® through 5 to 10 shots. You're done!

The AGRO-JET® unit includes a pair of 60cc syringes that draw medication in the conventional manner from standard containers. The syringe is then attached to a flexible, transparent tube that draws fluid to the jet orifice with the loaded syringe clipped onto a convenient cradle atop the injector. Bubbles are cleared by applying pressure to the syringe until a steady stream is achieved, just as one would with a conventional syringe.

Dimensions: All Jenvey injector mountings and fuel rails will accept the standard 'O' ring mounted injectors for 14mm bores as supplied by Bosch, Weber, Lucas, etc. These are typically 63mm between 'O' ring centres. All except the diecast aluminium fuel rails will also accept the shorter 'Pico' style injectors. Please specify which you are using when ordering throttle bodies and fuel rails. There are a number of other injector types, using the same 'O' rings but with a different length.

No. The page pack incorporates a simple piston and barrel combination that when rotated by the prime driver displaces (pumps) ink in a predictable manner. The piston/barrel arrangement combines to produce a fixed amount of ink for each revolution of the prime driver. The prime driver is a stepping motor. The construction of the page packs determine the amount of ink which will be delivered for each revolution of the piston.

Cleaning them before they are plugged can remove harmful deposits and keep them spraying in top form. After they plug, replacement is sometimes the only option. It is very important to keep the fuel injector clean, The most common form of injector fouling comes from unused gasoline evaporating inside the injector after you turn the car off.

We've found that a single auxiliary injector does not distribute the fuel evenly, which can lead to engine damage. It's a simple way to add fuel, but it's not as safe or effective as we'd like. Replacing an engine is an expensive proposition, and we've had a number of customers come to us with blown engines from fifth injector setups used in other kits.

The standard of using CFM for flow potential was originally designed to aid engine builders in determining correct carburetor size. This was required to make sure that an adequate signal was available at the booster for sufficient fuel flow. Since an injector supplies fuel under pressure for engine demand, and does not use a booster, we have never seen the need to identify CFM. We size our injectors by butterfly size because only so much air can flow through a particular size orifice.

Our standard process is a clear anodize which produces a matte grey finish. If polishing or powder coating is required, we would prefer to send you an unassembled casting to be finished by your favorite polisher or coating company, and then returned to us for assembly.
