Visas are usually available at 16:00 on the NEXT working day after your interview day; however, certain exceptions apply. If your application is approved, you will be advised at the end of the interview when to pick up your visa and passport. Visa validity that is printed on your visa (usually 3 months from the day of interview) means that you can enter the United States during these 3 months. For example, your interview is on May 10. Your visa will be valid until August 09.

The type of visa an educational institution issues for you may depend on how long you want to study with us. For courses of less than 3 months, they can issue tourist visas invitations. If your course is longer than 3 months, then they can issue a 6- or 12-month multi-entry business visa. Sometimes they issue invitations for initial 3-month single-entry visas, which can be converted to year-long multi-entry visas after arrival in Russia.

Visas for Indonesia can be issued only at an Indonesian Embassy/Consulate overseas. However, authorisation to stay longer than 60 days or multiple entry visas can be applied for by your local sponsor at the immigration Office in Indonesia. An authorisation/approval letter IS NOT an actual entry visa.

Visa Application: Approximately 10 - 12 working days for the visa to be issued. Visa Stamping: Approximately 5 - 7 working days for the passport to be stamped after the required documents are submitted once the Medical process is complete. Kindly note that applications will be accepted only after all required documents are submitted. Visas cannot be processed earlier than indicated, so the applicant must ensure that he/she has enough time in Dubai to complete the process.

Typically, a visa takes 2 days to process in the Embassy. However; during the busy season (during the fall-winter) visas may take up to 4 days to process because of the great demand for Brazilian visas.

The time it takes to obtain a visa varies between each country and in some cases is dependent on your nationality. Visas can take anywhere from one day to ten weeks to obtain. In some cases as an agency we are able to obtain a visa in a shorter period of time relative to public applications.

You need to consider both the processing time required by the Chinese Consulate and our shipping time. General turn-around times are 6-8 business days for regular service; 3-4 days for express (48-hrs) service; and 2-3 days for rush (24-hrs) service.
