I use Paint Shop Pro 7.0 to make all of my wallpapers. It's less expensive than Photoshop, which I know can do more, but it's fairly user friendly and suits my purposes for now.

For the most part, my wallpapers are created using solely Photoshop. My current version at the time of this writing is Photoshop CS2. Using Illustrator CS2, I do illustrations for various corporations and entities ranging from logos to product packaging. However, to date, none of my illustrations are used or posted on this site.

Yes, of course. You don't necessarily have to credit the gallery unless you use a lot of images. And we would love to see the result so you are welcome to upload your graphics/avatars/wallpapers... to the gallery.

Well simple. First click on the thumbnail or the title of your selected wallpaper, so the proper larger one loads up. Once that has loaded up; for PC users right click on it and select "set as background".

Back in the day I used Photoshop 6 and a touch of Paint Shop Pro. Now it's mostly Photoshop CS2 and a bit of Blender and/or Terragen.

To get the smooth, glowing kind of look I use the Aetherize filter which is part of the Flaming Pear plug-in. I also use Harry Filters quite often to colorize my wallpapers.

Adobe ImageReady, sometimes version 3.0 and sometimes CS. I use it mainly because it has layers and transparency, the ability to save good-quality web images, and it can animate if that's what I want to do, all in one program.

Wallpapers are meant for use on cell phones. At the moment, the only way to get the wallpapers on to your phone is to access the image directly from your phone using its web-browser or by emailing the image to your phone as an attachment.Not all phones are equipped to do this so you’ll have to check the paper-work that came with your phone to see if it is possible with your phone. You can also call your phone provider and ask if web-browsing is possible on your phone.

Busted! You might not be aware but you probably were direct linking the wallpaper. You would of simply just copied the url (address) of the wallpaper and pasted it in the background properties of your profile. That's called direct linking or hot linking and it's considered theft. Because by doing that you're stealing some of my paid for bandwidth. I have taken action to this issue by making it so when my wallpapers are direct linked from here, they don't show up.

Our office offers copies of the program that we use to make tide predictions for the NOS Tidal Reference Stations. Our office is not in the business of software development and distribution. The program we use was developed for our use and is not user-friendly. The program is written in FORTRAN and requires the use of a separate control file for each location that predictions are being made for.

I use Paint Shop Pro. I edit the images, make layers, put effects on the images and whatever I'd like to add to the montages. I also use this program to edit my screen caps. I've been using Paint Shop Pro for a few years and have fell in love with it.

Of course, the graphics are there for visitors to use and enjoy, although credit to the Graphics Designer and a link back to FFW on Forums wouldn't cause any harm. Re-distribution of the graphics is strictly prohibited and any graphics seen on a website that is not part of our network, (Final Fantasy World and Kingdom Hearts Extreme) and you will be asked to remove it/them immediately.
