This is a very important question. We have the engineering designs to properly adjust your arbor to accept your local conditions. A modification in the thickness of the awning post spacing, thickness of rafters and mid-span support( which is very rarely used) might be all it would take. Might include such items as adding an extra post. We have aluminum "I" beams and steel C-beams to allow for greater spans.

Yes. You will need to create separate PDF files for the front and back outside covers, which you then upload on the cover options page. If the covers have a white background color, the files should be the same size as the rest of the document (8" x 10" or 8.5" x 11").

Our products are built to withstand up to 110 mph winds. We install patio covers in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. We get horrible winds, and mini tornadoes (dust devils). Our products have no problem holding up to the winds.

All cushions covers are removable but the remaining covers are fixed. However, if you insist on a loose cover we can arrange for a loose cover to be made externally. This will add to the delivery time.

You can cover your leather sofa seat with foam batting underneath the slipcover to prevent the cover from sliding. This can be purchased at any craft store.

Tropitone Furniture is intended to be used outdoors. In milder climates, your patio furniture can be left outdoors year-round. Each piece has drain holes built into the frame to ensure water will not build up and freeze causing bursting. However, if you live in a severe climate, it is best to store your patio furniture indoors during extremely cold or wet seasons. Additionally, we recommend you close your patio umbrellas during high-wind situations.
