Yes and no! Again, it depends on where you are using them. Posters have reported problems with using debit cards, both on and off the resort. While you can use a credit card at many of the places you shop or visit, folks have said that you may pay a “fee” for doing so. Recommendation—take one to be on the safe side—use cash if you can. Most craft vendors, equipment rentals (parasail, jet ski, etc.) will require cash.

In the bigger towns, you can use your cards, but still only in the larger shops. All the hotels will accept cards, and all the major petrol stations, but in general most other transactions are carried out in cash.

Credit cards such as American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Master and Visa are accepted at the local large hotels or tourist stores. You also can withdraw cash from most international banks and credit cards from ATM machines, but $2-4 USD surcharges apply for each transaction. You should be prepared, monetarily, to not have access to ATMs or banks while on your project.

Usually you can get a debit card, which is connected, to your account. Credit cards may also be available, however a blocked amount which is twice your limit is required.

International debit cards VISA Electron and Maestro can be used for purchases or cash withdrawals at ATMs. These cards are accepted for payments at over 20 million locations and there are more than 700 000 ATMs where you can withdraw the cash.

For security reasons we prefer that people pay for our services with their own credit cards. However, it is possible to have someone else pay for you if this person fills in, signs and sends us a credit card authorization form (please, ask our managers to send you authorization form). If you'd like to pay by bank transfer please contact us and we will send you an invoice with our bank details. All bank transfers should be made at least 21 days before your check in date.

Yes! We accept all major credit cards as well as Switch and Solo cards through Paypal.com. You must be a member to use this service but joining Paypal is free (you will get the setup fee back on your first purchace) and it's available internationally to anyone with a credit/debit card.
