Can I make an appointment to be married by the Justice of the Peace?

There is a Justice of the Peace present at the Courthouse every Saturday from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM to perform ceremonies. No appointment is necessary. The Court is located at 175 Highway 50, Stateline, NV. It is on the 2nd floor of the Douglas County Administration Building across the lobby from Tahoe General Services where you purchase your marriage license. Please refer to the Clerk/Treasurer for additional wedding ceremony information.
