True Conferencing does not charge cancellation fees for True Audio and Web or True Audio Reserved service.

The fee we charge is based on the how the image is going to be used - whether for advertising, a brochure, magazine etc. Basic fees for our pictures are largely based on how much work is involved in producing them. This can be quite a lot for medical illustrations and even more for specialised photography, e.g. using a scanning electron microscope (SEM).

Up to two days before the day of your arrival you do not pay anything, less then two days we will charge you for the cost of the first night.

No. As far as you cancel your booking 24 hours before your pick up date. However, we would appreciate if you could inform us as soon as possible so we can update our fleet and keep offering the best service and price.

If you'd like an album taken down from one or more stores/services (only albums, not individual songs, can be taken down) prior to six months from when it first became available in that store/service: $20.00 early termination fee per album per request.
