We recommend that the user wait at least 3 hours after tanning to give the DHA enough time to fully set. If they shower earlier, they may diminish the intensity of the tan. When they do shower the initial tan created by the water-soluble bronzer will wash off, but the DHA will remain and create a long-term tan.

Your first session length will depend upon your skin tone and type, and your tanning professional will ask you to fill out a skin analysis to help determine your skin type. Also taken into consideration is how long it has been since you last tanned. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes for the whole process to be complete. The first 10 minutes is having the DHA solution applied to your body. Then it takes about 10 to 15 minutes for it to dry. It is important that the solution dry on the skin prior to putting your clothes back on to avoid smearing or removing solution from the skin.

The tanning process actually continues for a period of time after a tanning session. Taking a shower will remove the mantel acid from your skin and slow down or stop this continued tanning process. It is recommended you not shower for 2 hours after your tanning session or 1 hour before.

Private one-on-one training last for an hour as does each our small group fitness classes. Our training incorporates multiple muscle group movements allowing us to accomplish a maximum amount of fitness in the shortest amount of time. Of course, we progress clients based upon their existing condition level - new exercisers begin gently and more advanced enthusiast progress more aggressively.

While it is formulated to wash out with regular laundry detergent, you are encouraged to wear older clothes to the tanning session.
