These stainless steel disks are available in 2" and 3" sizes. They both come with a five foot cord which the disk can be attached to. These disks have a blue color rubberized coating on the back side. This is thought to be helpful by some to aid in keeping at least most of the signal going out of the shiny side of the disk when the disk is placed on the body. These disks make it a lot easier to place the signal into the body at the point of a problem such as a foot, neck, knee, etc.
