It is possible to damage equipments when playing with PC vidoe hardware and workstation monitorts. If the monitor has standard video inputs, is workign properly, cable is properly constructed and everything is connected to properly grounded power outlet then the risk of damaging the graphics card is minimal. Some monitors can be damaged by sending wrong frequencies to them, so be sure that you send right frequencies to monitor.

Some manufacturers make special grpahcis cards for PCs which allow PC to be succesfully used with fixed frequency monitors. Some firewalls may have to be disabled temporarily to give us access. If we still cannot connect, the problems on your computer may be so severe that it requires that a technician have physical access to it. In this case you will not be charged.

The only way of connecting the MP3 player to a computer is via the USB port. You can either do this directly or via the supplied USB cable (recommended).

If there is no activity on the 935 screen, then as far as the 935 goes there has not been an attempt to communicate with it. The user must click on the UPDATE command button in the Hardware search program.
