Little Tikes plastic is fade-resistant, but not fade-proof. While we add fade inhibitors to our outdoor products that help slow down the effect of ultraviolet light, it isn't possible to prevent fading over the long term. Colors can start to fade over time, especially if the product is left in an area where it is exposed to direct sunlight most of the day. Fading does not affect the integrity of our products in any way.

The service life of our products can depend on many external factors, including environmental condition, the age, weight and number of children using the product, how and where the toy is stored, and how well the product is maintained.
