I usually get up in the morning at 5.30am and make my way to work arriving at around 6.30am. I spend an hour or so dealing with email messages and letters, and then around 8am go to the mortuary. At our forensic medical institute, we have 5 forensic pathologists and between10 to 15 autopsies are performed each day.

The team has breakfast together in the morning, gathers their gear, and then departs for their mission point, arriving by 0900h. The team then hits the streets and shares the gospel with as many people as will grant them permission to do so. Although our junior team is separated into 4 squads: varsity men, varsity women, novice men, novice women we have a full team warm-up before going on the water. Following warm-up we separate into the four squads and determine which boats we will row for the day. You must report to your registration room by 8:45am. A bell sounds at 8:40am to tell you to start going there. Registration lasts 10 minutes, then at 8:55am period 1 begins. You then have three periods (all periods last 40 minutes) taking you up to morning break at 10:55am. Break lasts 15 minutes, then you have two more periods before lunch at 12:30pm.
