A000073: The short answer is that you use the POLYGON command to make a many sided polygon, or part thereof. For instance, select the Polygon command from the Drawing Editor's 2D-Shapes sub- menu, and enter sides total = 3600, sides drawn = 3600, radius = the radius you want, for a whole "circle." If you want half a "circle" enter sides total = 3600, sides drawn = 1800. If you want a quarter "circle" enter sides total = 3600, sides drawn 900, and so on.

Use the elliptical select tool, hold down SHIFT key to constrain as circle, fill the selected area with new color, right click on selected area, choose SELECT, SHRINK, shrink selection by whatever number of pixels you want your circle width to be, right click again in selected area, choose EDIT, CUT. Voila, one beautifully antialased circle.

There are two methods of drawing arcs in RapidSketch. The primary method for arcing any line is to use the grab tool to grab the blue center point dot and drag the arc in the direction you would like. While dragging, the height from chord and perimeter of the arc will be displayed. The second method for arcing lines happens while the user is drawing a line either with the keyboard or mouse.

A000010: Yes, just use the commands in the [L]ines sub-menu of the drawing editor. Be sure that when you mark a line for deletion that the line is actually one line segment and not two line segments end to end on a single ray. If you get two line segments end to end use the [P]ull point command in the [L]ines sub-menu to "bend" one of the line segments so you can see where all the end points are. See also the [F]ind- points command in the [L]ines sub-menu.

A000002: Enter DEMO1 from DOS directory DC27 (to get into the directory DC27 on your harddisk enter CD C:\DC27 if your harddisk is the C: drive or CD D:\DC27 the programs are on your D: drive harddisk.) The file DEMO1.BAT will only work properly if you have all of the DANCAD3D (tm) files installed onto your harddisk. The if there are other demo files they might work the same way. You can also run the demos from DANCAD3D (tm)'s main menu by selecting [R]un from the main menu and entering DEMO1.

B2 - A: The process is nearly the same for an arc or circle as it is for a straight line. Select Edit/Erase/Partial. Select the arc or circle you want to partially erase. Select or snap to the first point, then select or snap to the second point. To complete the process you must tell DataCAD which part of the circle or arc is to be removed by selecting the section to be erased. The area of the circle or arc between those two selected points will be erased.

ARC is in compliance with NCCA requirements at this time. The NCCA regulations require that an organization examine candidates for at least two administrations before applying for accreditation. ARC plans to apply for accreditation with the NCCA after that time.

Candidates will be able to challenge any questions, all submissions will be reviewed by PTC and ARC. PTC evaluates all question scores. If any question is consistently misunderstood or answered incorrectly by the majority of Exam Candidates the question is discounted, and not used again. Everyone will be able to contact PTC to verify an individual's status. ARC will issue Certificates to successful candidates, which can be displayed.

Yes. The examination tests a body of knowledge common to all of Aromatherapy. Specific items can be submitted to PTC for review. All questions are put through psychometric evaluation and item review. Questions and answers must be verifiable in reference texts. No one person will see or review all questions. If you are a licensed health care provider; for example, an RN, LMT, or MD, in many States you may be able to adjunct Aromatherapy to your current practice.
