All Certificate of Completions are sent via first class regular U.S. Mail. For an additional charge you may choose to have your certificate delivered by using our Express Overnight Delivery option for $20.00 or Express 2 Day delivery for $15.00. If you want your Certificate of Completion sent to a home and/or residential address, there will be an additional $2.00 charge. We suggest sending your Certificate of Completion to a business so you will not have to pay the additional $2.00 fee.

Standard shipping via the U.S. Postal service was taking 5-6 weeks, and at times longer for delivery due to customs delays. Due to the long delivery time and resulting confusion we no longer offer standard shipping to Canada.

You must place your order before 12 noon ET to ensure express delivery times. Orders received after 12 noon ET will be shipped the following business day, so please add one day to the express delivery time. We recommend Federal Express shipping if you want to have your tickets in hand before attending your show. We offer FedEx Overnight as well as 2-Day and 3-Day FedEx for an additional fee. FedEx shipping is complimentary on orders of 10 seats or more. If you qualify, simply choose 'Standard Mail' and we will upgrade your shipping method free of charge. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box and a phone number is required.

Orders received Monday through Friday before 6.00 pm should be shipped that day. In other words if you order on a Tuesday at 8.30 am your order should be shipped that Tuesday, if you placed your order at 6:15 pm your order should be shipped Wednesday.
