There are four ways to get your voicemail. You may log onto your account and go to VoiceMail under SuiteAdvantage features page. Or, you may simply dial *0 on your SoftPhone. Also, voicemails are sent through email announcements as attachments so you may access your email to listen to your voicemails. Alternatively, you may dial your SuiteAdvantage number from any phone to get your message. Dial * when you hear the voice prompt, and enter the password required.
