It depends on which database is corrupt. If it is the wf30main.mdb, they just get an update from our updates page. That will replace the local copy of wf30main.mdb which will fix the corruption. This is a problem that some clients who are using a non English version of Windows come across when clicking on the 'CasinONet.exe' icon on their desktop. If you've installed LedgerPlus on a drive other than C: (say X:) you need to change the BDE setting. Go to the control panel and run the BDE Administrator. Click on the Databases tab, click on LEDGERPLUS and change the PATH value from C:\Program Files\Responsive Software\LedgerPlus\Database to X:\Program Files\Responsive Software\LedgerPlus\Database.
