It is important to realize that air pressure decreases as altitude increases. Solar radiation is typically much higher at higher altitudes, due to thinner atmosphere, fewer particles (both air pollution and moisture particles) in the air that will impede, reflect, absorb and scatter sunlight. Generally, no. That is a common misconception. Persian cats do have very flat faces and noses when they meet the CFA (and other) breed standard.
