With difficulty! Perspiration comes with climbing mountains. Wearing the right clothes to reduce sweating, and overheating certainly helps, as does keeping ones load light. I tend to climb too fast and overheat, and will try to go more slowly. I'll wash my clothes using stream water reasonably often, and my hair too when the weather is warm.
